His global advisory and assessment experience has empowered organizations across diverse sectors—including Automotive, Banking & Finance, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Healthcare—to elevate their process capabilities. Kamlesh is a certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser for CMMI V3.0 and has led over 200 advisory and appraisal engagements worldwide. He is also an intacs-certified Provisional Assessor for ASPICE, with deep expertise in deploying software engineering best practices in the automotive domain. As a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Kamlesh effectively addresses information security risks at an organizational level. A frequent speaker at process improvement forums across the Asia-Pacific region, he is known for his thought leadership and contributions to advancing industry standards.

Jimit Kothari is a seasoned Process Specialist with 4+ years of experience driving operational excellence across BFSI, IT/ITES, and EdTech sectors. His expertise spans audit execution, process improvement initiatives, and training coordination, with a strong focus on aligning business operations with industry best practices and regulatory mandates.

He has led the deployment and maintenance of ISMS, BCMS, and QMS — grounded in globally recognized standards such as ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 9001:2015, and CMMI V3.0. He is also a certified CMMI Associate and ISO 9001 and 27001 Lead Auditor.

Jimit has executed critical process audits across diverse functions including Branch Banking, Retail & Corporate Lending, e-Governance, BPO/KPO operations, and Learning & Development, ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory bodies like the RBI and the U.S. Federal Reserve (FED).
